Annually, May 12 is the International Nurses Day. On May 6, at the initiative of the administration and trade union committee of the center, on the basis of a multidisciplinary hospitala solemn meeting and a festive concert were organized where the best nurses from the institutions of the medical center were honored, and words of congratulation on Victory Day, Defender of the Fatherland Day were also heard.
The following persons made a congratulatory speech: the head doctor Issayev R.K., the medical director Yesenzhulova A.B., the head of the quality management service Khairullina Z.S., the head of the nursing service Rybakova V.V. The speakers expressed deep gratitude and appreciation to the nursing staff, highly appreciated the enormous contribution of nurses to the diagnostic and treatment process, congratulated those present on the upcoming holidays: May 7th is the Day of Defender of Fatherland and May 9th - Victory Day.
Traditionally, on the eve of the Day of Nurses, in Aktobe Medical Center a competition of professional skills among mid-level workerswas held. In accordance with the approved internal “Competition Regulations”, in each division of the center, the commission conducted a selection of winners among 23 applicants. Prizes were awarded to the following employees:Multidisciplinary hospital: 1st place - nurse of cardiology department Tolegen Saltanat, 2nd place –ICU-nurse Toregali Ukіlіmay, 3rd place - nurse of entrance department Muratova Gulshat.
Pediatric hospital: 1st place - nurse of the MFS Kadyrova Zhaniya, 2nd place - nurse of the cardiac surgery department Sakybay Zhuldyzay, 3rd place - operating nurse Zhaysanova Dinara.
Consultative and diagnostic center: 1st place - general nurse Elena Slabodenyuk, 2nd place - nurse of the traumatology Bertileu Moldir, 3rd place - nurse of the day stationary Kadyrbaeva Yerkіnai.
In a solemn atmosphere, on behalf of the administration and the trade union committee, each applicant was presented with flowers, certificates and incentive prizes in the amount of 5,000 tenge for nominations, nurses who took 3 places money prizes of 10,000 tenge each, 2 places - 20,000 tenge each, the winners of the competition received a cash reward of 30 000 tenge. At the gala event were highly noted and rewarded by medals for hard work "Meyіrіm" from the general hospital - the head nurse of the maternity ward Kulmagambetova Gulmira (work experience - 30 years), nurse of Department of Endocrinology Shamanova Akilgek (work experience - 32 years), the obstetric of the maternity ward Amangosova Tynyshtyk (work experience - 38 years); in CDC a nurse of cardiologist's office, Kamila Ayazbayeva (38 years of service), a district nurse Raisa Kudarova (34 years of service); in pediatric hospital - the senior nurse Saparova Gulzhiyan (work experience - 35 years), the senior nurse of the surgical department Zhaparova Aigul (work experience - 35 years). In addition, high achievements in work were noted and 17 nurses of the center were presented to AlgysHat.The administration of Aktobe Medical Center, with the support of the trade union committee, established the prize “For Contribution to the Development of the Medical Center” in the form of a memorial sign with a corresponding inscription, which is given to employees who have made a great contribution to improve the provision of medical care and the center's prosperity. This award on the eve of the Nurses Day celebration was received by highly qualified nurses Galiyazova Galia, Kurakbayeva Zhadyra (CDC), Sarbupeyeva Telek, Tugzhanova Nurziya (pediatric hospital), Utebergenova Emilya, Shigirshibaeva Rauza (multi-profile hospital).The festive mood was created by the leading Aigerim and Uali, as well as concert performances prepared by the center's amateur art activities.
